This delicious, smooth and creamy praline celebrates summer and the sunny flavours of the south, with its deliciously crunchy fig seeds. Warm grilled hazelnut and milk chocolate notes are succeeded by the smooth, candied taste of fig flowers slowly dried on racks.
Ingredients: Hazelnuts and almonds, sugar, figs, milk and dark couverture chocolate, cocoa butter. Dark coating chocolate 60 %: cocoa beans, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla extract.
